Once you're an Approved Builder, submit a request for funding. We'll need the "CD" Closing Disclosure, Signed Builder / Borrower Contract, Line Item Budget, and the Appraisal. Once we have that, we'll execute the funding contract and money will be in your account in 48 hrs.

Director of Construction - After recently retiring from the NFL, Shaun transitioned into full time real estate investing. Ultimately developing a skillset and interest in residential redevelopment and investing in single and small multifamily rental units. He attributes his early success to his knowledge gained through mentorship, education and internships from real estate professionals all during his 7 year span of playing in the NFL. Shaun peaked a healthy interest in lending and relationships. Shaun received his Bachelor's degree focused in Interpersonal communications from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
VP Investor Relations - Vonezell Pittman has experience in the commercial real estate and small business industry. He has served as a Relationship Manager and Capital Markets Consultant for over 12 years serving hundreds of financial institutions, real estate developers/investors and small business owners. Vonezell holds a Bachelor of Business from Gardner Webb University and is based in Charlotte, NC.
